- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This UPS Store packaged up a shipment and it got LOST. They have no idea what happened to my box and they are the ones that packed it, labeled it and shipped it. When I called to inquire, they said they would put in an investigation. When I called again 7 days later, they said they would put in an investigation. I e-mailed the store and received no response. Then, I physically went into the store and they had not receive an update and had no information. Crazy! At that point, I asked for the owners information. I e-mailed the owner of the store who was very responsive and nice. But after 6 weeks, and multiple contacts with the store, there was still NO update. They were never able to locate the box they packaged and shipped out. I am absolutely devastated to lose the items in this shipment. It is really disappointing.By Cori Stooksberry, November 10, 2016
